 Space Specific Policies

• If the event organizer opens windows, they MUST close them prior to departure. Cost of damage caused by windows being left open may be passed along to the event organizer. 
• Furniture in this space is fixed and should not be moved without the prior permission of Event Management Services. 
• Furniture may not be removed from the room or utilized in the hallway.

• No restrictions on catering
