As many of you are aware, 25Live the reservation system for academic spaces, opened for classroom space requests for CIOs opening Wednesday 8/16/23. 

To submit your requests for the Fall 2023 semester and to view information related to 25Live here: https://25live.virginia.edu/. If you have questions, please email [email protected]. 

Please note: your request in academic space will not be confirmed until the week prior to your event. The Registrar's Office requires flexibility in classrooms to move classes/instructors to different spaces and classes have priority. 

We apologize that more notice was not provided to you for this opening of the books. Due to the nature of academic classroom scheduling and the moving around of classes/instructors, classroom scheduling is a challenging puzzle that we work with the Registrar's Office to get CIOs to fit into. We will continue to work with our partners to create a better reservation experience for CIOs in the future. 

Special note related to McLeod Auditorium - specifically for Performing Arts Organizations that need raised stage. Reservations will ONLY be accepted in 25Live beginning on Monday (8/21) (emails/phone calls will not be accepted as requests or hold your place in line) - a specific time is not yet know (check the 25Live site regularly for update). Event Management has worked with the Registrar's Office and the School of Nursing to allow events in McLeod Auditorium Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings from 5-10pm. Additional details about use/policies will be provided to those who request the space.
