Outdoor Spaces
Event Management Services is responsible for scheduling several outdoor spaces around grounds. While Event Management Services does not directly support/manage these spaces, event organizers reserve them through Event Management Services and then organize their own use of the space with other departments on grounds or outside vendors. These spaces are unique venues that provide much needed event, gathering, and promotional space for student organizations and departments in centrally located areas.
